Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in
primary research
activities including CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing)
Support
secondary research
to gather relevant market data, trends, and insights from public sources and databases
Translate and localize research materials (e.g., surveys, interview guides, responses) with cultural accuracy
Assist in conducting and supporting
qualitative research
(e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups) and
quantitative research
(e.g., structured surveys)
Coordinate with internal teams and external respondents in the target language (French, German, or Spanish)
Ensure high quality and accuracy in data collection, translations, and documentation
Compile findings into structured formats and support analysis and reporting

Requirements:

Fluency in
French, German, or Spanish
(native or near-native level)
Good command of
English
(working language)
1 to 4 years of total experience, preferably in research, translation, or communication roles
Willingness to work in market research
and learn research methodologies (training can be provided)
Interest or exposure to
CATI, CAWI, primary and secondary research
,
qualitative and quantitative
research
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
