About The Project
We are building high-quality multilingual datasets across
Transcription, Text-to-Speech (TTS), Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE), and Transliteration
for AI-driven applications. As a
Language Lead (Freelancer) (L3)
, you will be responsible for ensuring
linguistic quality, consistency, and accuracy
in your assigned language. You will guide, mentor, and support teams of linguists, reviewers, and QA auditors, ensuring that deliverables meet project and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop style guides, glossaries, and project-specific guidelines for your language.
- Train, mentor, and supervise linguists, reviewers, and QA auditors.
- Oversee all outputs in your assigned language across transcription, TTS, MTPE, and transliteration.
- Review escalated cases and resolve linguistic or cultural queries.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to linguistic and project standards.
- Serve as the quality authority for your language.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in linguistic leadership or lead roles.
- Proven track record in speech-to-text transcription, TTS datasets, MTPE, and transliteration projects.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Native or near-native proficiency in one Indian constitutional language.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure quality delivery.

- Duration: Long-term, project-based engagement
- Compensation: Premium pay, based on responsibility level and experience
