Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Supervisor based in Hyderabad, India. The Landscape Supervisor will oversee daily landscape operations, ensuring all maintenance, construction, and design projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include supervising landscaping teams, managing project timelines, ensuring proper irrigation and plant care, and coordinating with clients to meet project requirements. The role requires hands-on involvement and an ability to manage diverse teams while maintaining the highest level of quality in all projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Management, with a strong focus on efficiency and quality
• Knowledge and experience in Irrigation systems and water management techniques
• Proven expertise in Landscape Design and Landscape Construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate diverse teams
• Effective communication and client interaction abilities
• Experience working in an on-site landscaping role; familiarity with the local environment in Andhra Pradesh, India, is a plus
• Degree or certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is preferred
