Job Description

Revnew is looking for a landing page designer who actually gets conversion, not just Dribbble shots.


If you:

  • Obsess over above-the-fold clarity, hierarchy, and messaging
  • Understand offer–audience–layout fit, not just “pretty design”
  • Have a portfolio of

    high-converting SaaS / B2B landing pages

  • Know your way around A/B tests, heatmaps, and basic analytics

…then we should talk.


Must-haves:

  • Strong portfolio of landing pages for B2B / SaaS (ideally demand gen or performance campaigns)
  • Practical CRO understanding: forms, CTAs, social proof, message testing, reducing friction
  • Ability to work from a brief and turn it into wireframes + polished UI
  • Comfortable in Figma (or similar) and collaborating with marketers & devs


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working with agencies or performance marketing teams
  • Familiarity with tools like GA, Hotjar, VWO/Optimizely, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus (not mandatory)



Will be asked to share:

  • Portfolio link
  • 2–3 landing pages you’re most proud of, with a one-liner on what you were optimizing for
  • A short note on your typical CRO/design process
