Apply horizontal and vertical datums to meet project requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of utility infrastructure and mapping techniques. Use mathematics (geometry, trigonometry, calculus) relevant to surveying and engineering. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Surveying Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in land surveying, with demonstrated proficiency in surveying techniques, equipment, and software. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant surveying software. Strong understanding of land title concepts, field procedures, horizontal and vertical datums, and utility infrastructure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to train and manage survey technicians effectively. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred not to mandate.
