We’re looking for a Land / Real Estate Consultant with deep market insight and connections who can help us source, evaluate, and secure premium properties across strategic locations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and research land parcels suitable for resorts, commercial, or mixed-use developments

-Evaluate topography, accessibility, zoning, and infrastructure potential

-Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and local authorities

-Assist in negotiation, due diligence, and acquisition processes

-Provide strategic recommendations on land value and development feasibility

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in land development, resort planning, or large-scale real estate

• Strong understanding of zoning laws, land valuation, and title verification

• Established local network within real estate or land development sectors

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
