Job Summary:

We are hiring a Land Acquisition Executive (Male) with strong knowledge of land identification, documentation, and government approvals. The candidate should be experienced in handling property verification, title checks, and coordination with authorities for all land-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities based on project requirements.

· Conduct site visits and surveys to assess land suitability.

· Liaise with landowners, government authorities, and local stakeholders for land procurement.

· Negotiate purchase, lease, or other acquisition agreements.

· Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including land title verification and due diligence reports.

· Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth acquisition process.

· Keep updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.

· Support senior management in strategic planning related to land acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Land Management, or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in land acquisition, real estate, or civil project management (experienced candidates preferred).

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Good understanding of land laws, local regulations, and property documentation.
