Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience in Labvantage to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work in a hybrid model. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to our clients ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Labvantage solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Labvantage solutions for clients ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Oversee the customization and configuration of Labvantage to meet client-specific requirements.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Labvantage to optimize laboratory operations.
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Labvantage with other systems.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients enabling them to effectively use Labvantage.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Labvantage and related technologies.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients ensuring their systems remain up-to-date and fully functional.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Labvantage implementations.
Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for Labvantage implementations.

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Labvantage.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Show proficiency in conducting training sessions and providing technical support.
Have a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.

Certifications Required

Labvantage Certified Professional or equivalent certification in Labvantage.
