Key Responsibilities

✅ Source, verify, and mobilize labour teams for ongoing and upcoming sites

✅ Build and maintain subcontractor database with verified PF/ESI/insurance docs

✅ Negotiate fair rates and control manpower cost within project budgets

✅ Verify daily attendance, wage sheets, and ensure on-time digital payments

✅ Maintain all statutory compliance and registers under CLRA, ESI, PF Acts

✅ Generate weekly MIS on manpower, cost, and compliance

✅ Conduct surprise site visits for validation and worker welfare checks

Performance Metrics (KPI)

• ⏱️ Mobilization Time: ≤ 48 hours from request
• 💪 Verified Active Labour Pool: 500+ PAN India
• 📄 Subcontractor Compliance Score: ≥ 95%
• 💰 Labour Cost vs Budget: ≤ planned cost
• 📅 Wage Payment Accuracy: 100% by 5th of every month
• 📈 Weekly Reporting Accuracy: 100%
