Task of Labour Contractor

Source labours and train them.
Manage labours at different locations.

Salary of Labour Contractor

If you can bring min. 10 labours and supervise them, we can offer you a monthly salary of Rs. 50000 (net).
If you can bring min. 20 labours and supervise them, we can offer you a monthly salary of Rs. 100000 (1 lac) (net).
If you can bring more labours, you will get even higher salary.

Task and Salary of Labours

Rs.
800 per day
+ free accommodation + basic facility for cooking food.
Each labourer must fill and seal
250 bags of 5 kg each per day
(ash/rakh filling at rice mills).
If labour fills more bags, they will get
bonus.
Work Location: at various Rice mills across whole India: Ahmedabad (Bavla), Karnal, Patiala, Kaithal, Chittorgarh, Hanumangarh, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
