We are looking for an experienced and responsible Labour Contractor for manpower supply at Eastern Bypass Road, Siliguri. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of labour deployment, workforce management, and coordination with the team. The contractor must ensure timely manpower supply and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Supply the required manpower based on company requirements.
Ensure timely availability of labour and maintain manpower strength as per Company demand.
Arrange substitute or replacement manpower at short notice.
Coordinate with the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a labour supplier or labour contractor.
Ability to manage a large workforce and resolve conflicts or disputes.
Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet manpower deadlines.
