Family Vegetarian Female Cook

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Vegetarian female Cook to prepare daily meals for a household. The ideal candidate should have experience in cooking healthy and tasty vegetarian meals,. The cook must understand family preferences, dietary requirements, and maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per family requirements.
• Cook various vegetarian items including:
• Sabzi (dry & gravy), dal, rice, roti, paratha, puri, khichdi
• Paneer dishes, soya items
• Veg biryani, pulao, poha, upma, chapati
• Salads, soups, chutney, pickles, and snacks.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Clean utensils and cooking equipment after meals (if included in duty).
• Manage and store ingredients properly.
• Follow dietary preferences such as low oil, less spice, diabetic meals, kids-friendly meals etc.
• Assist with grocery list planning and stock management.
• Ensure food is fresh, healthy, and prepared in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience as a vegetarian cook (home, restaurant, or catering preferred).
• Knowledge of Indian regional cuisines Understanding of vegetarian nutrition and healthy cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes or cook as per family's taste preferences.
