Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement statutory welfare measures for workers.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and maintain statutory records.

Liaise with government labour authorities and handle inspections.

Address and resolve workers grievances; maintain healthy industrial relations.

Organize welfare programs, health camps, and safety awareness sessions.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Labour Welfare / Social Work / Industrial Relations.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, excellent communication, and conflict resolution skills.
