1. Welfare Program Development & Implementation Design and execute welfare initiatives to support workers' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of welfare programs, proposing enhancements as necessary. 2. Health & Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments. Promote a culture of safety awareness among workers. 3. Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution Serve as a point of contact for workers to voice concerns and grievances. Mediate disputes to ensure fair and satisfactory resolutions, maintaining records of grievances and outcomes. 4. Legal Compliance & Reporting Stay updated with local labour laws and regulations, ensuring company policies align accordingly. Conduct audits and prepare reports on compliance status. 5. Record Keeping & Documentation Maintain accurate records of audits, welfare activities, and grievance resolutions. Prepare regular reports for management on worker welfare status and initiatives. 6. Community & Social Engagement Organize social events and activities to foster a sense of community among workers. Support workers in accessing community resources and services.
