Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lab Technical Manager located in Vadodara. The Lab Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the lab, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, conducting testing and calibration of transducers and sensors, and providing technical support to customers and engineers. Qualifications Experience in managing a technical team and overseeing lab operations Knowledge of testing and calibration processes for transducers and sensors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Background in engineering or a related field Experience with CNC machines and calibration equipment is a plus Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures Show more Show less
