Job Title: Refractory Product Testing Chemist
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (PCM – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)
Experience: 1 to 5 years in chemical or mineral testing, preferably in the refractory or materials industry
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct chemical and mineralogical testing of refractory raw materials and finished products.
* Perform quality inspection and ensure products meet technical specifications and standards.
* Analyze samples using laboratory instruments and record accurate test results.
* Support R&D and production teams with test data and analysis.
* Maintain laboratory documentation, calibration records, and safety compliance.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
* Strong knowledge of refractory materials and chemical testing methods.
* Experience in mineralogy, sample preparation, and lab equipment handling.
* Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
