Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Work in rotational shifts and independently operate laboratory activities for batch processing.
Perform calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensure awareness and compliance with IMS / ISO 9001:2015 requirements and related documentation.
Handle laboratory instruments such as pH meter, moisture analyzer, Karl Fischer titrator, and potentiometer.
Conduct analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished goods; prepare and maintain analytical reports.
Prepare solutions and perform standardization as per SOPs.
Possess strong technical knowledge; troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage.
Conduct R&D batches and related analysis when required.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for dispatches.
Perform any other tasks related to QC, QA, and R&D as assigned.
Coordinate with various departments such as Production, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills, professional behavior, and a positive attitude
Flexible to work in rotational as well as general shifts
Willingness to undertake outdoor duties (vendor/supplier visits) as and when required
Well-versed in computer applications and documentation
