Role and Responsibilities

• Network Operations, Change implementation, and other related support.
• Field Dispatch Coordination and transition management
• Expertise with Juniper and other maintenance.
• Must have experience in handling larger Network including Datacentre operations.
• Troubleshoot and do RCA on Network issues. Assist Operations team as necessary in order to resolve the P1, P2, P3, issues.
• Network Monitoring & L2, L3 Network Troubleshooting experience is needed.
• IOS Upgrades, Network Device replacements and Cert / license Managements

Required Skills

• Hands on experience of managing Juniper and Cisco tech stack.
• Working on Level of support L2/L3
• 8+ years of experience in support projects
• 6+ years of experience in Network support and engineering
• Implement N/w changes, Monitor and Troubleshoot network issues
• Collaborate with Onsite network support SMEs
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have good support experience and exposure
