Title : L3 Java Application Support | 6 to 9 Years | Bangalore & Hyderabad Professional Application Health check monitoring, Incident Management / Problem Management using Service Now Good understanding of Jira/Confluence Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong written, verbal communication/collaboration skills and ability to manage user/vendor/customer and to work with cross functional teams Ability to assess the impact of production issues & escalate to relevant technology partners and get it resolved at the earliest during extremely time critical regulatory commitments Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & in a time sensitive environment Primary Skills Java, Unix, Shell scripts, Autosys job scheduling, Kibana Secondary Skills Springboot Good Communication Skills
