As an L3 Engineer - Server Level Support, your responsibilities will include: - Installation and Troubleshooting of Windows Servers and Desktops Operating Systems - Installing new or rebuilding existing servers, configuring Active Directory, and conducting e-mail spot-checks on network performance levels - Creating Domain Controllers, Additional Domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group policies, and troubleshooting - Providing L3 Support for server hardware and Operating system related issues - Demonstrating strong knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365, Windows clustering, volume management, patch management, backup strategy, monitoring solutions, and capacity planning - Troubleshooting technical areas, working with onshore-offshore model support, and managing teams - Learning new technologies and adapting to complex environments Your qualifications should include: - Graduate/MBA/B.E with knowledge in the IT field - Key technical skills in Windows Administration, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Antivirus, MS Exchange, O365, Windows clustering, and volume management - Networking skills with basic concepts such as TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, network design, crimping, and patching - Knowledge of Security Products including Disaster Recovery solutions, Firewall/IT Security, and popular AV solutions - Experience with Virtualization Products like Microsoft Hyper V and Vmware The salary package offered will be as per industry standards, and you will report to the Manager. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with clients and team members to deliver successful projects and documentation.,
