As an experienced professional in F5 technologies, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Design and Deployment: - Architect and implement F5 services, such as LTM, GTM, and ASM, based on client requirements and industry best practices. - Troubleshooting: - Provide Level 3 support for F5-related incidents, conducting thorough diagnostics and resolution of system performance issues. Escalate issues when necessary. - Configuration Management: - Manage F5 configurations, conduct regular reviews, and implement changes to optimize traffic management and security. - Monitoring and Optimization: - Utilize monitoring tools to analyze traffic patterns and application performance. Make recommendations for performance tuning. - Documentation: - Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. - Security Best Practices: - Implement and maintain security policies and measures using ASM to protect applications from security threats and vulnerabilities. - Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security teams, and application developers, to support and enhance overall system performance. - Training and Support: - Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
