Must-Have Skills

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Cisco ISE (Profiling and Posturing)

Good-to-Have Skills

Project management capabilities
Vendor management abilities
Traditional routing and switching protocols
Certifications (any one of the following):

CCNP / JNCIP
SD-WAN certification or equivalent
Product certifications in PA / Checkpoint / Cisco ASA / Fortinet
Cisco ISE certification (CCNP Security or equivalent)

Technical Proficiency

Managing SD-WAN infrastructure
Cisco & Juniper Core routers and Switches
Cisco ACI
PA / Checkpoint / Cisco ASA / Fortinet solutions
Network Access Control (NAC) infrastructure
Identity management systems (Azure AD, on-premises AD)

Key Performance Indicators

Configure, test, and maintain LAN & WAN for campus, core network & branch network
Manage and maintain enterprise firewall infrastructure
Implement and maintain network security policies, standards, and procedures
Lead security infrastructure projects through full life cycle, including:

Requirements gathering
Planning
Design & implementation
Network performance monitoring
Equipment upgrades
Network optimization
