We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Authority Expert to join our dynamic team here at Ericsson. As a critical component of our Managed Services deliveries, the role aligns with the Ericsson Operations Engines mandate. The position s key responsibilities include offering technology leadership, domain expertise, and robust support throughout the entire cycle of Create, Sustain, and Evolve processes.

What you will do:

Support the following systems and functions:
Monitor production system ensure its performance and stability Action on issues reported by L1/monitoring teams. Coordinate with L3/vendor team for restoration of any faults Resolve Trouble Tickets - Resolve day to day customer issues Coordinate with IT/network teams to resolve any operational or functional issues Be responsible for answering adhoc requests from various teams Analyze the Logs and try resolving the issues, escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches Deploy CRs on production environments and ensure smooth system performance Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and change management Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets Proactively carry out self assessment and work on competence development of self in new solution areas certifications Provide an effective 360-degree feedback on the ailing elements in the current solution and co-ordinate with Design team/L3/ Vendor to fix them

Excellent Knowledge in Linux basic Command
SQL for Oracle DBExcellent in Java/J2EE L2 Application Support Running on Kubernets/OpenShiftITIL Foundation Certified/Atleast gone through TrainingKibana for Log AnalysisDeployment using Jenkins CI/CDExcellent CommunicationNotice Period shoul have less than 45 DaysLocation must be Noida

Good to Have Java, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, WebLogic, Apache Server, Point of Sale Apps Exp.
