Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 (L2) production support for Java-based applications deployed on Linux/Unix platforms.
Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or other teams as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in Production Support role with expertise in Java programming language.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and ability to work comfortably at command line level.
Experience with database management systems such as SQL; knowledge of stored procedures, views, functions etc.
Level L2 Support preferably in 4-10 years range; Good knowledge in Software Engineering and concepts, SDLC and ITSM processes knoedge, Hands-on coding, debugging skills and good communication Skills.
Tech Skills
- Any object oriented programming experience (Java or C++ or Python, etc) - Unix/ Linux commands and scripting experience - SQL QUERYING. Stored procedures coding & debugging experience, Erase/Cursors - Database experience
