L2 – RCO Associate – CDI

Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in supporting DME accounts. The primary role is to maintain high-quality patient records that meet payer standards, streamline documentation processes, and collaborate effectively to resolve documentation or compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Intake and Review
• Compliance Verification and Documentation Updates
• Order and Shipment Tracking
• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with Coding other relevant departments to ensure documentation meets all necessary standards.

Job Requirements

• Life Science graduate
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in any field
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Adaptability to changing shift schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology, especially anatomy and physiology
• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or coding
