L2 Engineer - FMS

As a Technical Support Engineer at our company located in Dahej, your role involves assisting clients with hardware and software issues. You will be responsible for providing on-site or remote technical assistance to address all IT-related issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Keep yourself available at the customer site as per the requirements to support uninterrupted IT facilities and services. - Address user requests promptly and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution by following up diligently. - Utilize basic experience in IT systems such as L2 L1 switch configuration, Router configuration, P2P device configuration, and troubleshooting. - Configure and troubleshoot hardware, network, and software-related issues reported by users. - Demonstrate a basic understanding of Server and Firewall operations. - Maintain a balance between site-specific customer rules, guidelines, and D-Tech policies. - Independently manage client end meetings to ensure effective communication. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate, Diploma in Electronics and Communication / Diploma in IT / BCA with 1-2 years of experience. - Strong technical knowledge. - Flexibility in work approach. - Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships. - Proficient in time management. - Fluency in English communication. In this role, you will need to apply hands-on technical expertise to manage client site issues efficiently.
