: The role aims to diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware and software system through installation, upgradation and maintenance of IT peripherals.

Key holder must be able to identify, diagnose and resolve Hardware, Software, Printer, Scanner and LAN related issues reported by users.
Provide technical assistance to the clients regarding any operating system issues.
He must keep himself available at on-site as per the requirements.
He must possess hand on experience on formatting, installing and upgrading equipment as needed
Addressing user requests and close the complaints/tickets on timely with customer satisfaction.
Update and close all the helpdesk tickets after completion of call/complaint which are assigned to him.
Must be able to understand the problem reported by the users before start working on any issues.
