Job Description

The L1 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first-level application support, troubleshooting software-related issues, and ensuring smooth operations of IT applications. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, documentation abilities, and a willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment. Responsibilities: Provide L1 application support and resolve basic technical issues. Document routine L1 tasks and standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot web-based and Windows-based applications. Support ERP, .NET, and Java-based applications. Assist with database-related tasks such as data migration and transfers (Oracle, SQL knowledge is a plus). Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues. Work on rotational shifts, including night shifts and holidays (comp-off provided). Ensure timely response and resolution to user queries. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Requirements: Experience in IT application support (not hardware/networking). Basic understanding of databases and troubleshooting techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
