Magento Development: Hands-on experience in core Magento development , including custom module creation and performance optimization. ? Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache, JS, CSS, and jQuery for end-to-end development. ? Solution & Data Modeling: Experience in data modeling and solution design is highly preferred. ? Project Execution & Client Interaction: Work directly with US-based clients to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Manage mission-critical projects under tight deadlines. ? Team Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams. Proficient in team assessments, assembly, and management . ? People & Process Management: Ability to manage multiple technologies and oversee project workflows. Strong conflict resolution, mentoring, and interpersonal skills . Required Skills & Experience: ???? 3-12 years of hands-on experience in Magento development ???? Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery ???? Strong understanding of data modeling and solution design ???? Experience in client interaction, particularly with US customers ????
