Role Overview: As a Kronos Timekeeping Consultant, you will be expected to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Kronos as a Functional Consultant, focusing on implementation projects, upgrades, and ongoing support. Your role will require a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including hiring and time capture. Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Central & Workforce Dimensions is a must, along with extensive experience in modules such as timekeeping, Global time Off, Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices, Display profiles, Leave-Setup, and Attendance. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with In-touch clocks and be adept at resolving issues related to clock devices. Excellent documentation skills will be crucial, including the ability to create various documents such as Functional Design Document (FDD) and Technical Design Document (TDD).
