Job Description

Position- Knowledge and content management Location- Hyderabad Duration -6 months - extension depends on performance and business Budget- 80,865.60 - 120,483.20 per month 5+ years of experience with business consulting, knowledge management, content management, or related in a consulting, corporate or enterprise environment • Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments required • Strong experience with information, knowledge and/or content management, DAM systems, metadata, taxonomies, and databases • Project management skills and experience a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills JD- Description: Key Responsibilities Stakeholder management and engagement • Strategic stakeholder management: develop and own relationships, build partnership, communicate clearly and effectively, influence toward positive outcomes aligned with solution principles • Training and support: effectively explain solution requirements, functionalities and processes to assigned stakeholders • Communities of Practice: participate or lead, direct toward clear actions, focus others on impact, value and principles • Support change and adoption management activities Knowledge and content management • Knowledge architecture: understand and maintain knowledge content organization within solutions (e.g. knowledge pages, zones”, menus, taxonomies) • Knowledge capture: request / receive, upload, tag, organize and regularly review con-tent • Knowledge curation: identify and organized content to meet specific business needs (e.g. configure targeted feeds or alerts, build and distribute newsletters) • Data privacy / compliance: commit to learning about various data privacy, legal, eth-ics, risk and compliance requirements around various types of content and how to fa-cilitate stakeholders in abiding by these requirements in relation to KM solutions Continuous improvement • Data and insights: analyze data related to knowledge utilization as well as user feed-back to develop insights and propose actions to improve knowledge relevancy, usage and impact • Reporting and project management: generate regular reports / updates to communi-cate status on key activities and initiatives • Continuous improvement: collaborate with the wider team and business stakeholders to manage continuous improvement activities around the knowledge content or as-pects of the knowledge solution • Value-add: proactively collaborate with the team to identify, design, develop and pilot technical, process, governance or adoption improvements that add value for the organization Interested share cv : busiraju.sindhu@,manpower.co.in
