Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring KYC Associates for its Branch Banking operations in Murshidabad, West Bengal The role involves customer verification, documentation, and branch support activities. Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities

Perform customer KYC (Know Your Client) verification as per banking guidelines.
Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents and records.
Assist customers with account opening and banking formalities.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Provide information about banking products and services.
Support branch staff in day-to-day operations.

Skills Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi (English will be an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: HS Pass.
Graduates preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome male or female Both can apply
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in India.
