Know Your Client (KYC), AS

Role Overview: You will be working as a Client KYC Officer supporting the Institutional Cash Management/Trade Finance team in a large financial institution, specifically covering financial institution clients. Your role will involve completing client KYC adoptions and reviews in strict adherence to Deutsche Bank's KYC / Anti Money Laundering (AML) Compliance requirements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the non-financial risk management of client relationships, including analyzing clients" transaction flow to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Review client documents such as Board resolutions, POAs, etc., to understand signatories" authorities and input them into relevant systems. - Conduct active client research and screen prospective clients using various tools before adding them to the systems. - Perform and assess Account Activity Reviews to continuously monitor clients" transaction flows. - Onboard new clients onto relevant systems and carry out necessary maintenance activities. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Correspondent Banking / Trade Finance / Compliance / KYC in a large financial institution preferred. - Good understanding of KYC laws, regulations, compliance risks, non-financial risks, and documentation aspects related to correspondent banking/trade finance relationships. - Strong writing skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. - Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels. - Accuracy, diligence, ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines, strong analytical skills, and capability to work under pressure.
