Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain quality standards. Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff, cooks, and helpers. Maintain kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per regulations. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize wastage. Assist in menu planning, cost control, and recipe standardization. Ensure timely preparation of food and coordinate with service staff. Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluation. Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance/repairs. Uphold restaurant policies, customer satisfaction, and kitchen discipline.
