Job Description

• Manage kitchen inventory, receive and issue stock, maintain records, check quality, coordinate with vendors, track consumption, and ensure proper storage as per food safety and audit standards.

Required Candidate profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Stores or Hotel Mgmt with 2–4 yrs exp. • Knowledge of F&B inventory, FIFO, record-keeping, vendor coordination, and basic MS Excel. • Familiar with FSSAI & audit standards.
