Job Title: Indian Cook (North & West Indian Cuisine)
Experience Required:1015 years (preferably in corporate guest houses, private residences, or senior executive kitchens) Job Type: Full-time On-site (Corporate Guest House / Home-style Cooking) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Indian Cook specializing in North Indian and West Indian cuisine to manage daily meal preparation for a corporate guest house. The role requires preparing home-style, hygienic, and high-quality meals for corporate guests and residents while maintaining kitchen discipline and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare authentic North Indian and West Indian dishes (veg & non-veg as required) Plan daily menus based on guest preferences and dietary requirements ¢ Ensure home-style taste, consistency, and quality ¢ Handle bulk and individual meal preparation for corporate guests ¢ Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety ¢ Manage kitchen inventory, raw material usage, and minimize wastage ¢ Coordinate with management for special meals, VIP guests, or events ¢ Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals ¢ Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas ¢ Follow standard operating procedures and corporate kitchen guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications: ¢ 1015 years of proven experience as an Indian Cook ¢ Strong expertise in North Indian & West Indian cuisine ¢ Experience in corporate guest houses, private homes, or similar setups ¢ Knowledge of hygienic food handling and kitchen safety ¢ Ability to cook simple, healthy, and traditional home-style food ¢ Good time management and organizational skills ¢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ¢ Polite, disciplined, and professional attitude Preferred Qualifications: ¢ Experience cooking for senior executives or corporate guests ¢ Knowledge of Jain food / special dietary meals (added advantage) ¢ Ability to manage kitchen helpers (if applicable)
