🥗 Job Description – Taaza Bites Staff MemberPosition Title: Staff Member (Kitchen / Service / Delivery) Location: Kasavanahalli, Bangalore Company: Taaza Bites – Clean, High-Protein Food Reporting To: Outlet Manager / Kitchen Supervisor ✅ Job SummaryAs a Staff Member at Taaza Bites, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling healthy, high-protein meals, handling online orders, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role is vital in delivering the clean, nutritious food experience that Taaza Bites stands for. 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Assembly Prepare dishes such as chia puddings, oats bowls, protein meals, grilled items, and smoothie bowls. Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Order Handling Manage Zomato and Swiggy order flow. Accurately pack and label customer orders. Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth dispatch. Inventory & Kitchen Support Assist in receiving stock and organizing inventory. Ensure ingredients are fresh and stored properly. Report shortages or spoilage to the supervisor. Teamwork & Communication Follow team instructions and work closely with fellow staff. Communicate clearly in case of delays, shortages, or kitchen issues. Customer Experience (if applicable) Greet walk-in or takeaway customers politely. Handle basic customer queries related to food. 📋 RequirementsPrior experience in a restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen is preferred. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
