About the Role

Food Quality & Kitchen Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchen outlets to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Conduct regular
food tastings
to maintain high-quality standards and recipe consistency.
Monitor food preparation, hygiene, and safety protocols across all kitchens.
Handle kitchen staff issues, performance concerns, and guide the team with effective solutions.
Train and develop kitchen teams to maintain operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards.
Coordinate with procurement for inventory planning and quality checks.
Implement and improve SOPs for food quality, workflow, and kitchen operations.
Conduct regular audits for cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and process adherence.
Work closely with management to drive operational improvements and process efficiency.

Requirements

7-12 years of experience in kitchen operations/food quality management in QSRs, restaurants, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen workflows, and quality control.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple kitchen outlets and handle diverse teams.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Flexibility to travel across outlets within the Tricity region.

Preferred Qualifications

Hotel Management or Culinary Degree.
Experience in multi-outlet operations will be an added advantage.
