Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Dana Choga in New Delhi. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality, managing culinary operations, and ensuring high standards of food and beverage service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Quality skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Culinary Management
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
• Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Certification or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
