Role- HR Intern (Talent Acquisition/HR Operations/Talent Engagement)

No. of Intern - 4

Internship Period 3 months

Location Chennai (Guindy)

Interview Mode- Direct walkin time between (02:00 PM - 04:00 PM)

Qualifications:

• We are looking for MBA graduates specialized in HR, Added advantage (bachelor's degree in Visual Communication)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email drafting added to it.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.,)
• We are seeking graduates from the years 2024 and 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:

  Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various positions.
• Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Feedback Collection:

  Gather feedback from participants to assess the success of events and suggest improvements for future activities.

• Employee Data Management:

  Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

• Employee Benefits:

  Assist in generating regular reports and metrics related to HR operations and employee benefits and also with backend operation support.

• Statutory:

  Basic knowledge in Statutory is an added value.

• Event Planning and Execution:

  Assist in organizing and coordinating talent engagement events, including poster-making, festival celebrations, and themed activities. Help with the setup, management, and execution of employee engagement events. Preferably
