About the Role:

• Designation

  : Learning Designer Trainee
• No. of Positions: 20
• Eligible Degrees: Bachelor's in Journalism & Mass Communication, Communications, English Literature, Linguistics, Sociology, or related fields

• Training Duration:

• 3-month Bootcamp (Starting 1st August 2025, in Kolkata)

• 2-month On-the-Job Training

• Work Locations: Kolkata, Noida, Pune (based on business requirement)

Compensation:

• Stipend (Months 13): 30,000/month
• City Allowance (Months 45): 10,000/month (if relocated to non-base city)
• Post-Certification Salary (from Month 6): 40,000/month + applicable allowance
• Service Agreement: 1 year

Interview Process:

1. English & Aptitude Test via Calibrat
2. Functional Test with our Learning Architects
3. Final Interview Face-to-face in Kolkata/Noida
