Your client portfolio will consist of a mix of existing accounts with additional revenue opportunities and potential prospects. You will play a crucial role in forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement, with a focus on creating satisfied and reference-able customers. Salesforce offers a highly competitive compensation plan with significant earnings potential. Responsibilities: - Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions to enterprise accounts within your assigned geographical or vertical market. - Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding existing accounts. - Identify and research territories to develop a go-to-market strategy and establish a qualified target account list within 30 days. - Build a sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge. - Maintain and update a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within designated market sector(s). - Engage with prospective organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business-case definition, value analysis, references, and analyst data. - Lead the end-to-end sales process by involving appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc. - Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to increase overall revenue generation. - Ensure daily updates of the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data. - Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery. Required Skills: - Proven experience in selling to Large Enterprise companies in the Auto Industry sector. - Minimum of 12 years of enterprise solution sales experience, selling CRM, ERP, or similar solutions. - Demonstrated track record of driving and closing enterprise deals. - Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals. - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be assessed based on the skills needed for the role. Desired Skills: - Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution. - Experience in selling to C-Level executives and across both IT and business units in Enterprise Customers in the North Market of India. - Strong technical competence. - Passion and commitment to customer success. - Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform. - Excellent time management skills. - Demonstrated consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear return on investment value statement. - Ability to maintain high productivity, handle multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,
