Job Description

Soliflex is looking for a Key Account Manager of Sales & Marketing. The incumbent will be based out of the Head office at Malleswaram Bengaluru will be responsible for developing and executing the Sales strategy and expand the international market presence. The role will oversee the business development, sales target achievement, pricing / revenue target achievement, collection, sales logistics and customer relations.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the manufacturing sector.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on the companys capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, R&D, quality) to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Lead price negotiations, prepare quotes, and manage contract terms.
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
Monitor sales performance and client feedback, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently to maintain trust and loyalty.
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in Export Sales & International business.
Strong knowledge of building team and driving targets.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in global markets. in managing
Excellent communication, leadership, team management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
