Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Infrastructure Logistics division. The KAM will work closely with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) to manage major accounts, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role will involve maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients in the infrastructure sector, contributing to overall revenue targets and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. - Understand clients business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored logistics solutions. 2. Business Development: - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue. - Collaborate with the AGM to develop account strategies that align with business goals. 3. Execution and Coordination: - Work alongside operational teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation services for key accounts. - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contract agreements. 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track account performance against KPIs and service metrics, providing regular updates to the AGM and relevant stakeholders. - Prepare and present reports on account status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Issue Resolution: - Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution. - Facilitate communication between clients and various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Market Insights: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategies. - Share insights with the AGM to assist in developing effective business strategies and offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. - Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and other tools relevant to account management.
