E-Commerce Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute

  marketing campaigns

  on Moglix, Lock the Deal, ONDC, Udaan, Industry Buying, Power2SME, L&T Sufin, GeM and other emerging B2B sales platforms. and other marketplaces to increase traffic and conversions.
• Manage product launches, flash sales, and seasonal promotional activities across platforms.
  

Product Listing & Optimization

• Create and manage detailed product listings (titles, bullet points, images, videos, pricing) with SEO-optimized content.
  
• Ensure accurate stock levels, shipping configurations, and policy compliance across all platforms.
  
• Collaborate with creative and tech teams to update A+ content and landing pages.
  

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor key KPIs such as

  CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, sales velocity, customer feedback

  , and platform ratings.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  

Coordination & Communication

• Work with product, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure availability and timely delivery of listed products.
  
• Coordinate with account managers from Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms for visibility and campaign support.
  
• Collaborate with customer support to address reviews, queries, and returns.

  Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Have prior experience managing e-commerce B2B accounts or platforms

Understand the workings of platforms like Moglix, GeM, ONDC, etc.

Are results-oriented and driven by targets

Can juggle multiple platforms while maintaining top performance

Communicate and negotiate effectively with both partners and internal stakeholders
