Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Opportunity Identification:

    Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
  • Account Strategy:

    Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • AI Product Expertise:

    Gain a deep understanding of our AI products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and value propositions to clients.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

    Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Project Management:

    Oversee the delivery of AI solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to improve client outcomes.
  • Problem Resolution:

    Proactively address and resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree from a premier institution in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the AI, technology, or software industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve client outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about AI products and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
