Job Description

As an integral part of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the National Accounts Manager (NAC) in various tasks to ensure the successful execution of monthly forecasts and sales targets. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Internal Customer Marketing & Supply Chain teams to align on numbers and deliverables. You will actively contribute to the strategic initiatives within Joint Business Planning (JBP) Accounts, ensuring the smooth implementation of plans and tracking organic growth through coordination with accounts. Additionally, you will negotiate promotions and activations with buyers of chains, while also liaising with internal teams such as Marketing, CMM, Supply Chain, and Ethical team to ensure timely execution of promotions and events. A key aspect of your role will involve analyzing POS data location-wise to identify micro marketing opportunities and collaborate with Customer Marketing for promotional planning. You will be responsible for evaluating promotions, analyzing customer point of sale information, and providing insightful commentary on special events like new product launches. Utilizing your understanding of retailers/customers and their preferences, you will engage with buyers/merchandising managers to negotiate national/regional promotions and drive the Customer Marketing agenda to enhance ANI's share of shelf. By leveraging POS data mining tools, you will identify category/brand opportunities at a city level and work closely with customer marketing teams to develop tailored plans. Furthermore, you will coordinate with various cross-functional teams, including RMs, KDMs, KDEs, RCMM team, and 3P NA & Merchandisers, to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Collaborating with Brand and Customer Marketing, you will devise innovative plans for categories facing market share challenges and oversee their implementation. Innovation will be a key focus area, where you will explore opportunities in POSM, Promotions, Merchandising, Customer satisfaction, and Instore Shopper Engagement to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall performance. Your role will require a deep understanding of investment and profit drivers, which you will manage effectively to achieve desired outcomes.,
