Key Accounts Executive - HoReCa

Role Overview: As a Key Accounts Executive (HORECA) in the Sales department located in Andheri - Sakinaka, your primary responsibility is to generate sales within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. You will be tasked with reaching out to prospective and existing clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers, promoting the company's products, and achieving sales targets through effective telesales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing HORECA clients to sell products and services. - Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking within the HORECA sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. - Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. - Handle objections and resolve client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
