Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts for lubricants, chemicals, greases, and industrial products to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the B2B segment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and resolve customer issues.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (Lubricant Sales).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
