✅ Build, manage & nurture relationships with brokers, builders, and channel partners
✅ Identify & onboard new partners to expand Livspace’s footprint
✅ Generate qualified leads through partner networks and direct them to Experience Centres
✅ Conduct meetings, site visits & engagement activities with partners
✅ Collaborate with Design, Sales & Marketing teams for a seamless customer journey
✅ Track partner performance, manage conversions & achieve sales targets
✅ Represent Livspace with professionalism, enthusiasm & integrity
🎓 Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
📈 2–8 years’ experience in channel sales/business development (interiors, real estate, or home improvement)
🏘️ Strong understanding of local real estate & broker networks
💬 Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
🏆 Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets
⚡ Self-motivated, proactive & target-driven attitude
🛵 Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
🌐 Fluency in English, Hindi & regional language is a plus
